Small Group Training

In this setting, 4-6 athletes train together in a group, creating a motivating and team-like atmosphere. Each individual goes through an initial assessment and is provided with a specific warm-up and post-workout routine to address their mobility and injury prevention needs. Training for small groups is offered 2-3 days per week, with sessions lasting 60-75 minutes.


Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training begins with a thorough assessment, which then guides the program that is completely individualized for each client. Athletes execute their program in sessions with a maximum client-to-coach ratio of 3:1 to give each person ample attention and coaching. Sessions last 75-90 minutes.


Personal Training

Personal training is offered for those who enjoy training by themselves with undivided attention from their coach. Each client goes through a thorough assessment and is coached in a 1-on-1 setting, as many days as requested. These coaching-intensive training sessions typically last 60-90 minutes.


Remote Online Training

For those clients who travel frequently, live in Central Florida seasonally, or live in a different part of the country, our remote online training program is a great option. A personalized training program is delivered through an application on the client’s smartphone, complete with videos so there is no confusion on what to do or how to perform an exercise. Unlimited communication with the coach is included and encouraged in order to maximize results.
