4 Week Intro Program

I like to call this program “short, simple and strong”.

After weeks of doing an app program and picking random workouts, I decided to swallow my pride and ask Justin to write me some workout that would get me moving, build strength and help me feel good leaving the home gym. Little did I know, that little request would turn into this.

A majority of the exercises in this program are well known exercises or variations of those exercises. Nothing fancy. Nothing without purpose. I love that Justin doesn’t just throw a bunch of cardio exercises in there to just wear me out… my kids do that enough :).

We can’t wait to kick off this first program and get feedback from everyone on likes, dislikes, indifferences before doing any further “bulk” online programming. I hope everyone leaves their workouts feeling better than they did going in… that has been the most important thing for me in this season of unknown!

**The program is in PDF form and we have an example of each exercise in the program on our Instagram page (@strive_lifestyle). We are new to this but thought this would be an easy way to view exercises, not have to wait for links/videos to load and to start a catalogue of exercises for interested individuals to view even if they are not participating in programs.
