This program is a great follow up option to our 4 week Intro program or if you have already been consistently training. If you want to keep building strength and only have a short time frame to do so, this is the program for you! Most exercises have body weight, added weight and/or light equipment options.
**BONUS: We are including a 4th optional day. This is a short, 15-20 minute routine focusing on mobility and recovery. Consider it an early Christmas present from us ;)
The program is 4 weeks, 3 days a week. We recommend taking the other days to go for a walk, bike ride, roller blade, swim or whatever active hobby you enjoy. Keep moving and keep getting stronger!
